Welcome to The Curarted. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website.

By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General

The first step in our sourcing process starts with initiating contact with us directly through one of our messaging options prompted on the site. Once a relation has been established, your curated experience will begin. 

2. Sourcing Process

Due to the exclusivity of most sourcing request, please note that the process of occupying items vary from one to the other. If sourced and found, on average, it can take more or less 2 weeks to receive once payment has been made and process has then been initiated. Every request is taken with great interest and rest assure that every client will be informed on status of their request throughout their experience. 

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full to finalize sourcing request. Please note, item(s) will only be secured after payment has been made.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Paypal and all major credit cards and payment options given through payment link via Revolut Pay, Stripe Checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

 

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Minor variations in texture, finish, stitching, sizing, or manufacturing are not considered defects.

  • Handmade, artisanal, and natural materials may contain slight irregularities.

 

Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. Shipping

Delivery estimates are approximate only.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather

  • Courier delays

  • Strikes

  • Political events

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure

  • Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by applicable law.

 

6. Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fee

  • Local government charges

These charges are not included unless expressly stated.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Provide a valid shipping address

  • Monitor shipment tracking

  • Pay all applicable taxes and duties

  • Review product specifications before ordering

  • Verify sizes, colors, and quantities before checkout

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs arising from incorrect addresses or failure to receive deliveries.

8. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs delays

  • Third-party courier actions

  • Misuse of products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Pandemics

  • Government actIons

  • Labor disputes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supplier shortages

  • War

  • Civil unrest

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Fraud Prevention

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
